Ama’Ca Dulza is a home designed to be simple, welcoming, and quietly beautiful from the moment you arrive.
Shaped by its tranquility, its garden, and its unobstructed view of the lake, it retains the authentic character of a traditional Lake Como home, gently brought back to life.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to four people, with two bedrooms and everything you need to feel at home.
The lake is just a few minutes' walk away (about 300 steps), and pets are welcome at no extra charge.
It’s a place where the little details make all the difference, and where it’s easy to really feel at home.
INTERIOR COMFORT
Inside, Ama’Ca Dulza welcomes guests with warm, authentic spaces that reflect the spirit of Lake Como. Stone walls, antique wooden ceilings, and soft natural light create an intimate, timeless atmosphere.
Every detail has been carefully thought out—from the comfortable furnishings to the small decorative touches—to make you feel right at home.
SLEEP TO RECHARGE
The bedrooms are designed as quiet retreats, ideal for a deep, undisturbed sleep.
Both rooms feature large 160 × 200 cm beds , soft sheets, comfortable mattresses, and a selection of pillows to suit different sleeping preferences. Blackout curtains, subtle reading lights, and thoughtfully organized storage spaces create a tidy, relaxing, and comfortable environment.
Nothing is left to chance: every detail is carefully designed to promote natural sleep and make true rest an essential part of your stay at Ama’Ca Dulza.
COOKING, AT A LEISURLY PACE
The kitchen is designed as a living space, not just for preparing meals—ideal for those who truly love to cook and for longer stays, where everything flows naturally and without haste.
It is fully equipped with everything you need— an oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, toaster, juicer, blender, high-quality pots and pans, baking sheets, and sharp knives—along with a carefully curated selection of spices, olive oil, and fine balsamic vinegar. Nothing essential is missing, and nothing is left to chance.
Whether you choose to explore the wonderful restaurants around the lake or enjoy a home-cooked meal, the experience is entirely up to you—perhaps ending with a quiet dinner on the terrace, with the lake right in front of you.

Just outside, you'll find a space designed for pure relaxation.

The garden and terrace are designed as outdoor living spaces, perfect for relaxing moments and effortless comfort.
An outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and an outdoor heater invite you to enjoy long, leisurely meals, while lounge chairs and a hammock provide spots to rest, read, or simply take in the scenery of Lake Como. Everything flows naturally between eating, relaxing, and enjoying the view.
