Ama’Ca Dulza is a home designed to feel easy, comfortable, and quietly beautiful from the moment you arrive.
Shaped by its peace, the garden, and the open view over the lake, it preserves the authentic character of a traditional Lake Como house, gently brought back to life.
The house comfortably hosts up to four guests, with two bedrooms and everything you need to feel at home.
The lake is just a short walk away (about 300 steps), and pets are welcome free of charge.
It’s a place where small details quietly make a difference, and where you can truly feel at home.
Comfort indoors
Inside, Ama’Ca Dulza welcomes you with warm, authentic interiors that reflect the soul of Lake Como. Stone walls, old wood ceilings, and soft natural light create a cozy, timeless atmosphere.
Every corner has been designed with care — from comfortable furnishings to little decorative details — so you can truly feel at home.
Sleep, Restored
The bedrooms are conceived as quiet retreats, made for deep, uninterrupted rest.
Both rooms are furnished with generous 160 × 200 cm beds, soft bed sheets, supportive mattresses, and a choice of pillows to suit different sleeping styles. Blackout curtains, discreet reading lights, and thoughtfully arranged storage create a space that feels ordered, soothing, and effortless to live in.
Nothing here is accidental: every element is designed to let sleep come naturally, and to make true rest an essential part of the stay at Ama’Ca Dulza.
Cook, Slowly
The kitchen is conceived as a place to enjoy time, not just prepare meals — designed for those who truly love cooking and for longer stays where living feels natural and unhurried.
Fully equipped with everything you might need — oven, microwave, fridge, induction hob, toaster, citrus juicer, quality pots and pans, baking trays, sharp kitchen knives — along with a thoughtful selection of spices, olive oil, and good balsamic vinegar, chosen with care.
Nothing essential is missing, and nothing feels improvised.
Whether you choose to explore the wonderful restaurants around the lake or take an evening to cook at home, the experience is yours to shape — perhaps ending with a quiet dinner on the terrace, with the lake just in front of you.

The garden and terrace are conceived as open-air living spaces, designed for slow moments and effortless comfort.
An alfresco dining area, barbecue, and outdoor stove invite long, unhurried meals, while sun loungers and a hammock offer places to rest, read, or simply take in the Lake Como landscape. Everything flows naturally between dining, relaxing, and enjoying the view.
